since each of those events have seperate tones, I'd check the settings to make sure that they are not set to a tone that is missing or doesn't work... if everything appears to be normal, then try setting them for the same tone as ringing... that would narrow down whether the tone file is corrupt or the event control in the OS...
also, some people save their tones on an microSD card (memory card) so they don't loose available memory in the unit... that can create confusion if the card is removed, and even if it's re-inserted, the link between the even and tone have been lost...
