I've been trauling the internnet trying to find a fix for my ipaq with no joy so thought I'd post it to see if anyone has a spark of genius that can help me out.
I have a 2210 with 2 batteries and started using it again recently after it being sat in my loft for a couple of years while I went travelling. Obviouly did the hard reset etc. and set it all back up but for some reason the standy by mode seems to kick in when the battery is still up at about 67% (on both batteries) and wont come back to life until i plug it in to charge. This is of course a pain and means i am getting half the time I would hope to get from these batteries how ever no matter what I set the standby bar to (generally leave it right down on 24 hour as charging it every day anyway) it still cuts out with loads of battery left.
