Hi,
I have the old rz1710 model and currently experiencing a problem with battery life. It seems that there is no way to actually turn the iPaq off, instead only allowing a standby mode which drains the battery slowly. When battery life is completely drained it resets the iPaq memory erasing anything that is not on an SD card which is annoying. Is this a fault in my hardware or is there a way to prevent such a thing happening and instead turn it completely off if it isn't going to be used for a few days?
