change pocket pc version for h2200

Ive got an hp h2200 currently running pocket pc 2003 and i need it to run 2002, if i can do it, where can i find pocket pc 2002?

You can not do it. You would need to create your own ROM image and hardware drivers and have the MS SDK for PPC 2002 - not a trivial task.

Have you tried running the App under 2003? It might run. Otherwise you will have to locate an older IPAQ to get 2002.

what about a linux distro for ppcs? Ive got an older wifi card whos drivers only work on ppc 2002

I don't know about Linux for PPC.

I use a Linsys WiFi WCF54G card with my 2215 and it's the best one I've ever used. You can find them on eBay. I had two others that all had problems. Not the 54g Linksys.

MAke sure you get the 54g version
