Problem with iPAQ

Hello,

I own a HP iPAQ 4150. For some reason I can't charge it. I have been trying to let it charge by connecting it to my PC(this use to work) but no light turns on on the cradle. I have tried two cradles and several different wires to connect the cradle to my pc but still no light turns on and no chargement takes place.

I tried downloading activesync, didn't help.

I haven't used my iPAQ for 6 months, it all use to work before so I am not sure what's wrong.

I am very mich a beginner so any help would be great

Not all USB ports will have power to charge. Did you try another port on your PC?

Thanks for the reply

Tried most of them, doesn't seem to change anything. I would just like to be able to turn my iPAQ on for a start *sigh*. I will keep trying and reading any further suggestions.

Use the AC adapter with the direct connect tip and plug it into the iPaq.

If it won't chage you need to replace the battery.
