Thumbs down iPAQ 514 - Skype & other apps Problems

Hi everybody,
I have an HP IPAQ 514 voice messenger, running WM6
I am having trouble installing Skype
Skype for Smartphones installs fine via ActiveSync, but when I try to start the program on my device, I get an error saying "Couldn't find the necessary files to start Skype. Please try to Install Skype again"

I have tried the CAB files directly as well, with the same error.
I have also tried older versions of Skype - again the same error.

I suggest to whom is looking to by a smartphone not to bye this one.
Furthermore a lot of apps and games don't work.
I am very disappointed
