HX 4705 won't boot

At this point, I just want to know if there are places that repair iPAQs. The battery is fully charged, I've followed the 'hard reset' procedure numerous times. When I power it on, it gets to the initial "HP iPAQ" splash screen and never goes any further. Suggestions?

I should have posted this earlier. A new battery and a 'clean boot' took care of the problem.

What's a clean boot on a hx4705? Did you do another hard resst or flash the bios again?

I was going to load 6.1, but one of the last steps is a "Clean Rest" and I decided to try that first.

Hard Reset: Calendar+iTask+Reset
Bootloader: iTask+Contacts+Reset
Clean Reset: Contacts+Inbox+Reset
Soft Reset: Reset

After I did, it booted and ran just fine.
BTW, although I THOUGHT my battery was fully charged, it was toast.
