Help! Hx4705 Intermittant Freezes after Soft Reset

I am running WM 2003SE. My Hx4705 intermittently freezes despite sufficient battery power (including backup battery) and memory. It usually freezes after a soft reset, stopping just after the start button appears in the upper left hand corner. If left alone in the cradle, the Hx4705 is happy, but when I start to use it, the behavior returns after only a few minutes of use.

Mine displayed similar problems. The battery 'appeared' to be fine and fully charged. Replacing it and doing a 'Clean Reset' cured the problem for me.

Hard Reset: Calendar+iTask+Reset
Bootloader: iTask+Contacts+Reset

Clean Reset: Contacts+Inbox+Reset
Soft Reset: Reset
