I am a single mother working as a teacher and want to purchase a home. But don't think I can afford a home. I am tired of paying rent. Is there a way I can become a homeowner and not pay an outrageous mortgage? Your advice will be greatly appreciated!
you're in a very weird place to ask that question. some of us here are addicted to these gadgets we don't even save some money
honestly, if you don't think you can afford a home, buying a home might not be that great. remember there's tax, cost of fixing and all those stuff. how about condominiums?
anyway, maybe other members can give you a better solutions than me.
