Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ralph, and I am probably the most computer illiterateperson on the planet. I joined this group in the hopes to become at least upgrade from computer illiterate to computer not too quick. It only took me three days to figure out how to send this post. At leastI think I am sending it. I just purchased a sprint mogul, and after trying to use it I am wondering why. I will welcome any help anyone is willing to give. My original reason for joining is because I can't figure how to put mp3 ringtones on my phone. At 60 years old this old dog is having trouble with new tricks.

My first post here. Here is something about myself. I have been with Palm products for a long time, and have just come to PPC. My brother in law upgraded to Apple iTouch or something, and so he gave me ( yes free ), his iPAQ hx4750. Now this thing is so big and operates so differently from Palm, that I'm still having difficulty navigating it after a couple of months. With the help of my brother in law and the user manual, I've made some progress, but there are still huge gaps in my knowledge. This is where I hope members here can kindly help me with my queries. I'm a gadgets addict, and have had about seven Palm devices, an equal number of digital cameras, MP3 players, etc. Regards

i just got rid of my palm treo 680 and got a cingular 8125 and ever time i was trying to put something on my phone it says something must be running idk how this works when i had the treo i had no problems PLEASE HELP

I've got an AT&T 8525, just updated to WM6. I've already downloaded the HTCustom, PTTFix, Playstation Emulator, and Today Player. I guess the PTTfix doesn't work with WM6...it installed fine but the PTT button still brings up the PTT function, is there any way to change it to perhaps...lock my phone, that's one that I'd like to have.

Overall I'm very impressed with this website, very useful downloadable apps...as well as good info to have for troubleshooting/tweaking in the forums...
