I'm new so please be easy on me. I just purchased from verizon a new pocket pc- xv6700. I've have so many days to check it out before returning it. two things are happening that I've got concern, I've never used a pocket pc my last phone was a razr..first my bluetooth connection seems to go on and off with my gps that is in the car..its a garman 560c and worked great with the razr..but with this pocket pc it will just disconnect and is a pain to reconnect when it does work it works fine but it seems just to discontect as I'm driving down the road. is this a problem with this phone or any of the smartphones?
my second question is when I use wifi I have no trouble connecting but when goto my home cam..it will connect but not show the picture I can move the cam with the software the cam has but there is no picture from the cam.
I used a apple phone from my niece and it worked great(thats what got me on the pocket pc kick) I like wifi (free) but need a stable phone for work as Im on the road a lot and can't loose bluetooth. any sugestions
should I trade for something new my origninal plan was to get the i760 but it was $300.00 more
Welcome to the Addiction! I can't speak to the WiFi issue, but the BT issue is one that is very common among WM powered devices. Microsoft's BT stack doesn't play well with others. I have connectivity issues with my 700WX and the BT system in my Prius, as well as with my BlueAnt earpiece.
