Connect your device to your PC. No need to sync, connect as guest. Select all your songs on your PC and click Copy from the Edit Menu. Navigate to Windows Mobile folder in Windows Explorer and click the Storage Card, create a new folder and paste your songs in there.
You can also use a card reader if you have one.
Another solution is to use Windows Media Player to sync your songs.
