Unhappy Broken LCD

Hi im new on the pda's I broke my lcd (Sprint PPC 6700), I replaced with a new one but the screen is all white. What can be wrong?

the screen being white is a sign of the lcd going out. Hate to say it but maybe ur lcd is a defect. or how bout jus sending it back to sprint now that you've replaced the broken lcd
