I am having problemns connecting to my wireless router. its about 5ft from my phone. it says I am connected, but its not using it with internet explorer mobile. I am not wanting to completely disable my gsm connection either, cause I use it when I am on the go. I am using the rom that came with my phone too.
1) Turn off your WiFi, hit the link, note your IP
2) Turn ON your WiFi, give it a minute to marinate then hit that link again
-If you have the same IP then yes, it's not using your router.
-If it responds with a different IP (namely your router's external ip) then it IS working.
