first off i would like to say hi to everyone.. ive been lurking around for the past couple of days, this is my first post. and of course my first post is i broke my phone. i just got an 8125 on friday night, and today the screen wont calibrate. if i do actually get the screen to calibrate, it loses it with in a couple of minutes. Its so bad now i cant even get to the calibration screen ( it has me clicking waaaay to the left i think ) have you guys seen this before. im going back to the store where i bought it and am gonna see if they will give me another new one. ( mine was not a refurb, new in a sealed box! )
ok so i called cingular today, they said that they have heard of this problem before. because i reported my problem within 30 days of me getting my phone, i can take it back to the store where i got it and the HAVE to give me a new one. after the 30 days i have to go through cingular warranty claims and you end up getting a refurb'd one.. fyi everyone out there!
