Well, it's not a Pocket PC or a UMPC, but the Vaio UX180P is worth checking out if you're interested in supplementing or even replacing any of your gadgets (maybe even your computer!).
Please take a look at pocketables for oodles of reviews, pictures, and other information about the UX180P. There's a lot more to come in the next few days/weeks/months, too, so please visit often.
It's nowhere as "pocketable" as a Pocket PC device, but if you'd like a fully functioning Windows XP computer about the size of a 4 x 6 photograph, the UX180P might be worth a look.
