Buy.com has a great deal on the popular Cingular 8125. Get it for only $300 bucks shipped (free shipping) with the $150 rebate and your final price gets cut in half. You still have to get service of course but this is a pretty good deal if you were looking to get a device like this. There is no word on the expiration date however you have to stick with Cingular for at least 180 days to receive the rebate.
