Does anyone own a Siemens SX66?

Hello. I used to own a Axim x50v, so you can imagine how spoiled I am with 3D gaming, etc...Unfortunately I had to sell it since I didn't use it that much to justify a price that high. Well I just bought an Audiovox SMT5600, which is a great little smartphone, but I'm looking for some more functionality now that I have a higher paying job, and I use it a lot everyday.
The SX66 looks like a great choice, it's "cheap," well, cheaper than an Axim at least, I found one on ebay for $350 for a 400mhz one. Considering I'd sell my current phone, it would take a little out of that too. And it has all the things I'm really looking for:
WiFi
Bluetooth
400mhz
128mb ram
And the biggest gripe (possibly the only gripe) I had about the pocket PC I had was the on screen keyboard. With a fold down qwerty keyboard, communications will be much improved. Now, although most of you probably consider it just an extra bonus, gaming is important to me. I assume since it's a higher end pocket PC, it can recognize multiple key presses at once. I'd also like to know if anyone has had any experience emulating the SNES platform on it. My Axim could do that flawlessly, and I would hope 400mhz is enough, but I'd like to know before I buy it if I might want to look for a faster one.
Also, is there a difference between a pocket pc phone and regular pocket pc. It's running WM2003se so I'm betting there is no problem, but I'd just like to check.
Thank you very much for your time.

I've used a Siemens SX66 before and it has its ups and downs. The keyboard isn't the greatest if you are looking for something that isn't "on-screen." If you want something with a more tactile feel you might want to wait if and when the Treo 700w comes to a GSM carrier (that is, if you don't want to switch carriers). If you are wondering about the HP iPAQ hw6515 I have used that too, but the only requirement that it covers for you is bluetooth.
There might be a reason why you can find the SX66 for so cheap online... But if you have some extra dough and you need something now, I'd get the i-mate K-JAM as it has Wifi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth, and 128MB or RAM. Although the K-JAM runs on a 200Mhz TI OMAP processor there have been reviews of the device performing just fine against an Intel 416MHz device. Check out the review here:
http://www.esato.com/archive/t.php/t-110576
The K-JAM's keyboard also slides away like the SX-66 yet offers a compact solution and runs Windows Mobile 5.0.
As for gaming I know that you can do multiple key presses on the keyboard (there are arrows) but I'm not sure if you can use the directional keypad simultaneously with the soft keys on the main screen. The 200 MHz processor should be fine with NES and SNES emulators. Just make sure the emulators work with Windows Mobile 5.0.
The only major difference between Pocket PC Phone Edition and a Pocket PC is that there is phone software. .
Hope this helps! Let me know if I missed anything!

I looked at all of them, and I think I'm going to stick with the SX66. The k-jam is above my budget, and the iPaq isn't powerful enough, not to mention the 1:1 screen wil undoubtedly be bothersome. Not that I'm not thankful for your help, believe me I am.
What I think I've come to find, is the SX66 is a good combination of power and design, with the bluetooth and wifi capabilities I desire for a very good price. Realizing that I'm not going to be typing long documents, and just iming, I think the keyboard will be enough, especially considering what I'm used to is a phone pad for the past few months. (Although I'm getting pretty good at it)
Thanks again for your help, and may I ask one more question:
What does WM5 buy me over 2003? A better Pocket IE? A faster os? What do you like about WM5 more than 2003se, and also, what don't you like better?
Thanks a ton.

Don't get me wrong the SX66 is a great device and does what it needs to do. I just personally don't like the keyboard. Hopefully you can find somewhere to play with a unit as I don't think the Cingular stores carry them anymore. Yeah typing on a keypad isn't very fun, but you should be glad you aren't using predictive text on a Motorola! I actually really like the T9 on the SMT5600. But yes, it doesn't compare to a full keyboard to which you are looking for. The K-JAM is one heck of a unit, if you can wait for the price to go down it would be an excellent buy. The iPAQ hw6515 is indeed a slow unit and the square resolution (240x240) does get to me at times.
WM5 offers many new features like an updated browser, better Pocket Office (including PowerPoint this time) as well as enhanced navigation (i.e. soft-keys (sorta like how buttons change on an ATM)). I've noticed that battery life and memory management is better with WM 5.0 and performance goes up a notch as well.
I am surprised how stable WM 5.0 is considering that it is a new OS from Microsoft (no bashing here) but that's not to say that it doesn't freeze every now and then--I've just noticed it a lot less on WM 5.0.
Good luck on your SX66 purchase and I am glad I could be of assistance!

Welp, I managed to send my beloved SMT5600 through the wash (Don't worry, I think it'll live again) But while I'm waiting for a new battery for it...
Enter the SX66!
Thanks so much for helping me pick it, I like T9 on the 5600, but it's still second to a keyboard. I like this keyboard alot, not in love, but it's defenietly the best way I've seen to type IMs and Emails on a phone. The SX66 is a great device, in fact...I think I'll post a review!
Yes folks, after much too long, I'm BACK! Pocket PC love is in the air once again! You have been warned!
