Mio 168 - Good/Bad GPS Reveiver?

Seems to be a great product. But I want to know how good/bad the gps device is! I have been reading a few reviews thats complaining about "low signal" in city driving. Sounds enoying to me. I live in Sweden and drives a lot in cities like Stockholm (the capital of sweden if someone did't knew) And I dont want satelite loss when I driving. I realy want a product that have build in GPS receiver. But the Mio maybe gets better connection with sats of I buy an extra antenna?
Help me out guys
Regards
Johan
