I had no idea that this type of device actually existed, but you can buy what is called a Digital Camera Back system that will turn an analog camera into a digital one. Namely an expensive Hasselblad camera can have one of the DCBs installed on it to store pictures and even use Bluetooth to transmit the files to your Bluetooth enabled iPAQ.
Once the bluetooth sync is established you can actually establish two way communication and use the iPAQ to view shots, analyse proofs and act as a "digital assistant." "The new Leaf Valeo Wi family uses built-in Bluetooth® wireless technology to accomplish two-way communication between the camera and the Leaf DP-67, a 6 x 7 cm (3.9 inch) image display and control unit, based on the HP iPAQ pocket PC. By using the Leaf DP-67 image display and control unit, users can zoom-in on high resolution images that display instantly, verify focus, set camera parameters or even manage files and folders from a distance of up to 10 meters (33 feet). The DP-67 acts as both a “digital proof” and a “personal photographic assistant”.
Now where did I put that Hasselblad camera? Oh yeah, I forgot... I traded it for the car I'm driving now
