Help! Dell Axim will NOT power on!

Yesterday I did a sprite backup - and the PDA was fully charged. Today I tried to power on my Dell Axim X5 PDA and nothing happens. I have done sprite backups before w/out this problem. Any ideas? What am I doing wrong? Is this a hardware problem, do you think? battery problem? I bought this PDA in September so it is not too old.
Thanks for any help/advice!
Linda

The only time I've ever had a problem like this was when I inadvertantly ran down the battery. I had to dock it in a charging cradle for an hour or two to get it to come on.
Sure, I'd call Dell.

Likewise, my x3i did the same thing, and when I charged it for a while, it came back to life.
Do you know anyone with another X5? Perhaps you can swap batteries to test?
