my problem w/ my sx66 is when i go to my messages, it just keep on refreshing and i cant select any of the messages.it just keeps on reloading and reloading..can someone help me?it will be much apreaciated!
I guess you have tried soft resetting, so I would suggest trying to back them up and performing a hard reset and clear all of the data. Then you will have a nice clean version of windows and the problem will subside.

should be able to go to start menu/ settings/ system/ clear storage
then press 1234 and ok
