Can't turn off PPC

Hi,
I'm having a very strange problem with my PPC. Whenever I turn it off it starts again, but with the screen turned off, within a few minutes. I can tell this have happened because of three reasons:
1. When I press the power button it starts instantly instead of the usual 2 seconds.
2. I can see the WLAN LCD glow.
3. Battery time drains fast.
Because of the latest thing, I really want to get rid of this problem. It's extremily annoying.
Does anybody know why this occur?
I'm using an HP iPAQ 214 Enterprise Handheld.

Go to Options- click on Network (or Mobile network)- click on Data Service- and change it to 'Off'

You should also be able to access this option from the main screen under 'manage connections'Casino en ligne Absolute Poker rakeback

test it and if it doesn't work, come back and say so

edit:
check this site out because there are different scenarios depending on if you want to receive the emails you had disabled when you enable the email service again, or if you don't ever want those emails deliverd to your bb.Gagner blackjack Martinspoker.com Review

i belive this is possible in the settings menu!!! but i would try to turn off the phone portion of it!!! like i do on my treo 680 because you still want it as your pda even if you want your email off!!
