when i try to power on my ipaq h4100 it stop on (logo hp invent) and on the top of screen it shows 1.05h

and freezz on this message i tried to make hard reset but always same problem !!!, it seems problem in boot. Is there any chance to get idea how to revive it.
well u probably already tried but take the battery out for a while then put it back and c wa it does . That sucks that u can do a hard reset. Does it do the same with a soft reset? Its not under warranty is it
