I have Toshiba Pocket PC e405; it froze up one day and would not do anything. I put it away for a while; then recharged it. Now it boots, gets to the ALIGN SCREEN and won't do anything further. Even when I do a "hard reset" it comes back to the same spot. The "cross-hair" that usually floats around to press does not move.
