8525 stopped working

I have had my 8525 for about 9 months, and the other day it just stopped working.

I have taken out the Bat. tried turning it on while on charge all the normal things to do. any suggestions??

Did you get it from Cingular/AT&T? If so, I think you have a one year warranty. I assume you get nothing? No lights or anything? Are you using the factory charger?

Yes i did get it from att.com but it is a referb, and i was using a att charger for the phone. The phone is totaly un responsive

You should be able to send it back to AT and T but if they give you a hard time then you can send it back to HTC and they will fix it for you.

But HTC will only fix it if you are under the warranty and I am pretty sure that means that the phone had to have been purchased within the last 15 months. Go to the HTC website and check it out they even have a number that you can call and get all of the info you need.
