I have an iPAQ HX4705 that won't boot. The only way to turn it on is to hit the soft reset, and the only way to turn it off after that iis to remove the battery. I have followed the hard reset procedure (several times). When it powers up, it hangs up at the HP iPAQ 'splash' screen, and never moves on.
I'd like to get it repaired, since it has the best display I've found for use in bright sunlight, and I use it as a glide computer when I fly cross-country in my glider. I have a 2400 series which works fine, but the display is a little tough to read in the sun.
TIA
