NEW PPC Need Suggestions

Hi There,

I currently have a 8125 and am thinking of upgrading to the Tilt but do not know what the major difference between the 2 are. I am aware that there is a new Windows on this model, but not sure what my actual benefit would be with this. I do mostly emails from my phone, very little mp3 and video. I am interested in the Nav feature but would like to know how well it works compared to Garmins, or Tom Toms stand alone units. Here are my questions....

Is the tilt faster for processing?
Are there better applications for the Tilt, like large numbers for dialing like the iphone?
IS the nav good or slow and quirky?
Am I crazy for wanting to spend $$$ just to get the latest model, there is nothing wrong with my 8125... just a little slow and dated looking.

Thanks,
Ryan

Hi Ryan

I think you are crazy for wanting to spend money when your current device is serving you well. Then again, many users including myself have done this before so you're now alone :P

Anyways, unless you need the new features of the Tilt, I would suggest you stick to your current 8125. Even if you think the new features are nice and good to have, if you are not going to use it, then what is the point of spending good money on it?

If you really want to spend some money, wait for a couple of months to see how HTC fixes the video driver issue.
