How do I exit the Red Green and Blue Screen. Everytime I turn on my 8125 it just sits at this screen will not boot the phone. I tried a soft reset but when I turn the phone back on it still just gets stuck at this screen. Thanks for your help in advance.
This screen is called as Bootloader mode. If you have pressed the correct key combinations to enter this mode, probably you have done it for flashing a ROM. Usually returns to normal screen when soft-reseted.
In your case, I think the ROM is corrupted. Flash a new shipped ROM and that might bring back life to your device.
Carty, thanks for your suggestion, got my phone in operations again. You were right, the ROM got corrupted for an unknown reason. With the avilable resources in this fabulous site, I was able to upgrade the ROM, upgraded to WM6, and installed TouchFlo. Phone is working great, but a bit slow during bootup and when accessing other application. Any suggestion on correction this issue? Again, thanks for your assistance, I do appreciated very much.
