mini SD 8.0GB, now what?

2 weeks ago I bought a new SanDisc min SD card 8.0GB, that was a major upgrade to my old 1.0GB. I was able to take very long video clips with my Canon powershot. Problem that I’m having now: I have about 10 GB of videos and stills (mostly video) that I want to send to my sister. What’s the best video sharing service out there that can handle these sizes? I tried YouTube and Picasa but it’s almost impossible uploading something greater than 200Mb (I have some 700MB files).

Thanks

Kate

there are some other video websites would let you load files over 100 MB, I'm not sure about 700 MB though.

I also can't seem to be thinking of the site names right now :-\ Maybe you can just send burned DVDs to her? :-p

Here are some links: Google Video , www.revver.com. However, the following one is amazing: www.seetoo.com, there is no cap on the file size!

I hope that helps,

I think your going about this the wrong way. I would go the way of a file sharing site where she can just download the files and have them for herself. Try megashare, or I like 4shared.com - free file sharing and storage cause you can put upto 5gb there and open multiple accounts with different email adds of course.

Also windows live has a file sharing program that allows you to share files in your shared file under my docs.

rapidshare downloads the fastest but it is kind of tedious for free accounts to download as you have to wait 2 minutes for a link, enter the code and THEN download.. and there is a limit i forget how much i think its 100mb per file, and you have to wait too much for another download ticket so... no nvm forget rapidshare, try sendspace.com or zshare.net

if the 700mb files are movies. Would you considering cut it to pieces and upload it then?

You can just use Windows Movie Makers or iMovies to do that. Unless of course you have funky files
