I have Imate jam and I have a little problem with the memory card.
memory card capacity is 512MB and I have alot of files there. but the problem is that I can't find some folders there (big folders like 100MB) although they have taken size in the memory card.
That meens these folder are still inside the memory card but I can't find it.
please help me.

are they video files? why so big, can you make them smaller. What memory card do you have is it a sandisk? Have you used something other than file explorer.

and the folders missed are video and sound folders.
when I check the memory card capacity from properties I find these missed folders have taken size, but the problem they are hedden.
I used file file explorer, resco explorer and even windows explorer (computer) but the same problem is still there.
How can I display these folders
Please help me.

To me happen when I used another card with pm3 files one it.
Do you see any files? Do you see a file like "disregardmyfiles" or something like that?
