Help Please - Dismantling SPV M600

I wonder if anyone can help me please.

I stupidly left my Orange M600 in my pocket whilst working underneath the car. Result - the screen is all cracked and only works for commands in the bottom corners. I've bought a new screen / digitizer but don't know how to dismantle the device. I can see two tiny torx screws in the bottom corners when the back cover is removed. Any advice on how to go about dismantling the device and /or changing the screen gratefully received.

Tks

Paul
