Purchased a used 8525 on ebay that shows less then 20 hours of usage through Settings > Device Information > Call Duration.
The seller made note of this defect and i thought it was software. upgraded with windows mobile 6 but problem didnt go away.
Once in a while the screen goes completely white and blank, turning it off and then on again restores fixes this but happens every once in a while.
lol i saw that one on ebay i thought the same thing must be software, well new rom so obviosly not
well 4 the bad new its a hardware issue
so ur comfortable w/ flashing how comfortable r u w/ dismantling?

During that whole auction i kept thinking to myself, shit nate's gonna win this one...
as far as dismantling uh..the xbox360 is going strong, all my ipods have brand new batteries, my home theater system still works so uh...pretty comfterable?
my second 8125 did that. The 1st 8125 came with a viruse so like ya'll I thought the problem was software or a bunk battery....WRONG. Check the charger port. Mine broke loose & is rattiling around inside the phone. Also, good luck taking it apart! Beleive me when I say ''Just throw the p.o.s as hard & as far as you can''
