help problem!!!

hi, i have the 8925. the shiney silver bottone shaped like an envelope to the left of the "ok" button, use to open up the mail wen u clicked on it. now it just comes up with an error. (the file 'messaging' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. if the problem persists, try reinstalling or retoring this file)

i may have to do a hard reset to bring the device back to factory settings if something was deleted on accident.

any ideas?

Can you run messaging by going to "start programs messaging?" If not, I think you need to reset. If yes, try reassigning the button.

ya i can get there in the steps you just described. how do i reasign the botton?

Start|Settings|Buttons (usually in the upper left corner of the screen). Messaging is usually Button 1
