optimal connection settings for tilt

hey guys. i know this is probably beat to death but i was looking for some clear info if available. i have the tilt and have my device set up to access the internet through media net. what are the best settings to use? i found this info Support | AT&T, formerly Cingular but mine is set up a different way (no proxy server, just using the 'number' wap.cingular as an access point.
does anyone know whats the best way to have it set up?

how would i go about setting that up? any help would be greatly appreciated. i can see where i can click on network management and choose "programs that automatically connect to the internet should connect using: (and where it currently says Media net i can change it to MyISP) however i dont know what to enter for the next screens. access point name and user names/passwords/domains etc.
do i just put in the same info from media net? as you can tell im pretty stupid when it comes to this so i appreciate the patience!
