PPC-6700 Phone Disabled help

hey guys, i was recently out on the town with a couple buddies and i went to make a call and realized i had no service in the area. I went to an area i knew had service and still the same thing. When i returned home i checked the settings and found that the phone function was disabled and would not enable. I tried a couple soft resets and eventually a hard reset to no avail. I even tried updating to WM6 with no luck. The phone function wont enable in the comm manager and simply shows two half circles next to the antenna and the taskbar. Any ideas? time to go mogul?
