Ok maybe this has been discussed here but I could not find anything. I have noticed that sometimes when I put my Tmobile Wing into its carry case it turns itself on. I was sure I was not hitting any buttons and thought that maybe the switch on the slide out keyboard was faulty. Well what I discovered was that the magnet on the case cover was activating some kind of micro reed switch in the phone and it would turn on. Im using an aftermarket caselogic case. As I opened the cover and started to slide the phone in depending on the phone angle and which way it was facing it would just turn on. I noticed that the original case does the same thing but its magnet is smaller so you have to hit just the right place in order to turn it on. Well I wanted to pass this on just in case anyone else has had this happen.
