I recently ordered a new full housing for my K-jam .. having troubles replacing it .. looking for a tutorial or manual to do it .
the service center here are of no help .. need a guide at my own risk ..
can you guide me to any site or file that would make my life easier ?

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but to prevent making a new one, I thought I'd ask it in here...
At the moment, I'm in the process of getting the i-mate K-Jam from my girlfriend, she's had enough with all the scratches and dents on the housing and wants to go back to Nokia (its her favorite company).
I'd like to know where I can order a full replacement housing for the K-Jam. If you seen the condition of her K-Jam, its toast, but everything else works perfectly, its just cosmetically unappealing...
So again, I'd like to know, where can I order a full replacement housing for the K-Jam?
I can sell you a used 8125 housing in good shape for $25 and I can install it for you for another $50 in labor.
The Mda, K-jam, and 8125 are all interchagable. If your interested PM me.
