So I recently bought an 8125 and today I tried to sync my phone. When I tried it told me that if i wanted to sync my device that I would have to update activesync to 4.1 or higher. I did as I was told but I keep getting the error message. Does anyone what to do I'm clueless. :/
if that doesnt solve the issue open active sync while the ppc is not connected to the computer and delete your partnership then when you start up the active sync agian select cancel, cancel, and cancel and your a guest and that might solve your issue if it does then you can reconnect and then sync to create a partnership hope this helps
