PPC 6700 Frozen at Start-up

I received a call on my Sprint PPC 6700 when the phone froze up. I reset it and when I turned on again it just froze at the initial Sprint screen. I tried a hard reset and nothing. Any idea what I can do?

Try removing the battery for a while. 30 mins should do. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks for the help, but no dice. Still gets stuck at the Sprint screen. Is there some way I can reinstall the OS or something?

If you have the ROM image. Do you?

Not sure exactly what you mean. I downloaded the software from the Sprint website but I doubt I will be able to make a USB connection.
