I have to hard reset my Axim 51v, but the Dell directions do not work. I get a flash of the reset screen and the load continues. Has anyone encountered this problem and found a way around it short of sending the hardware back to Dell?
Make sure the lock isn't on, failing that there has been some issues with these units doing this and it's a case of sending it back to Dell I am afraid.
