Hi,
just got hold of a non charging K-Jam. I suspect that the USB interface is damaged. Anyone know the procedure for cracking this thing open (I've done PCB level repairs before) I'd like to check the connector and see if I think I can tackle it. If it's to involved, like crazy small surface mount, anyone know someplace to get it repaired? I've seen one place online. But $60 to just look and possibly $50 more after diagnosis is a bit steep.
