8525 Cannot hear incoming or outgoing voice

Hi my Fellows,
I got my 8525 about 3 months ago. Last week, my 8525 started loosing incoming or outgoing voice. People on the other line could hear my voice but I could not hear their voice. If I turned on the speaker or using bluetooth, I could hear them. I did the hard reset and it did not help. Now, the incoming or outgoing completely out. I currently use my bluetooth to make or receive call. Please give me advice or trick to fix this problem. My many thanks to you.

I had the same issue and had to send it back through the warranty phone number.

I bought my on Ebay therefore there is no warranty for the phone.

ouch, thats no good. I just bought a 8525 through at&t/cingular. I hope it has a warranty!

Hi Friend,
I finally fixed my Ear speaker. I ordered the Motorola earspeaker on ebay. I opened up and replaced with the broken one. It worked like a charm.
