okay so ive had my 8125 for a while and i love it and on the way home from a baseball game i dropped it on hard concrete and the lcd broke, i recently purchased a replacement LCD and digitizer...the only thing now is how do i get the 8125 open to replace the parts???
any pictures or instructions would be MUCH appreciated

Now that's something...
If you want to replace your 8125, i suggest give it to experts because that needs some skill if you ask me, it may not be difficult to do but if you want your pocket pc to be working like new i suggest a pro should do it.
here's a company that do those things good... Pocket Pc Techs.
Truthfully its not all that hard to do. On these forums someone has posted a link to the layout of a phone that is almost identical with a step by step deconstruction of it. As of now my phone is in pieces waiting for my new LCD to get here.
