Touch Screen problem-hx2750

It is over a month that I have come across a problem which was
difficult to finf info on the web.

When I tap on the "W" or "a" or "s" letter on the screen-or generally most of the left side it actually taps the letter next to it on the right.!

I tap W and it actually taps E!! and so on.

Somewhere i found that I had to dismantle the hx 2750 and do sth with the aluminum sheets underneath. Finally today I found a T5 screwdriver,I opened it and I found several sheets that male the reflections so as for the screen to show what we see.I couldn't find out what to move and so on!

Can you please help me with photos or video (youtube.com), whatever?
Thank you.

Did you try a screen alignment before going through this?

What Linley said. I find my screen, over time, can start to exhibit fuzzy logic as it tries to figure out where I've tapped. A screen alignment clears it up, and sometimes all it takes is a soft reset.

Guys,at first when I had the problem I did a screen alignment but everything seemed to be ok.I removed all the software, even hard reset.
It plays for a while but then after you press the same buttons the same problem happens again.I wonder if you have any hardware solution.

Thank you.

If you know what you're doing, then go ahead.
