Corsair is a respected brand for computer memory sticks - relatively new to mobile memory but as you can see the reviews for this one are quite good.
They've also got a Transcend 1GB for less than $8.
If you've never heard of newegg, it's one of the largest online computer hardware sites in the country, and in my experience it's hands down the best site for computer hardware, both in terms of price and customer service.
