When will the cingular 8525. push to talk will be ready to use.

PTT is scheduled for 3rd or 4th quarter from what im told. Think they are waiting to brand all the new features under the AT&T brand name

In the meantime find PTThack.cab.
Then, use PTT button as #5 with two functions:
1) Push (I like Voice Command)
2) Push & hold (I like SPB's {NewNote})

Does anybody know what the will happen if we want to use our PTT feature after using this hack? I mean I dont anticipate using the PTT since I had the option with Sprint and didnt want to pay the extra 5 a month. But what if I decided to be spontaneous and just say what the hell?

Okay, google is your friend..or mine in this case. The PTT Button Re-Assignment Hack can be found below. I just installed this on my 8525 and I'm a happy boy with VoiceCommand again.
