8125 not connecting via usb

Hi my 8125 is no longer syncing when i plug try to connect with the usb cable. My laptop see the device and my device is charging but it will not sync up. I have reinstalled active sync a few times and reset my device too but no change.

Anyone know what the problem is?

did you check to make sure it's not a passcode issue? are you getting any messages on either the phone or the laptop?

Stupid question but since you have reinstalled AS, I will ask. Have you checked the AS connection settings on both ends to verify that both host and device are still checking the USB port for connection? AS on the PC may have turned off its option the use the USB port.

Also, if you have an active firewall, you should check to make sure it has not reset the permission level of AS.

Thanks but I found the problem.

In the USBSwitch settings, you have to have the RNDIS Radio Button checkec. When ever you soft boot your device it changes it the the Serial button and you have to change it back.

I have a problem with connection.
I have installed sync 4.5 . When I connect my phone by USB,
Its shoing that "New hardware detected". Then I run The MS sync 4.5, It doesn't detect my phone?
Woh can I detect it?
