Exclamation Mio P350 MAJOR problem !

Hi,

I have a new Mio P350 device.
I've used the option "Align Screen". After several times of trying to align it, I only got the same screen explaining how the machine should be aligned. I've decided to soft reset my machine. After the reset the touchpad was unresponsive in its outer limits. That meant that I was unable to go back to the "Align Screen" option and try to fix it. I've tried to get to the "Align Screen" option using only the keys on the machine (without the now useless touchpad). That led to the machine being locked. Now all I get is the regular Windows screen when you enter the machine with the "Unlock" option at the bottom left. Needless to say, that I can't click on that button due to the unresponsive touchpad.
What can I do???

Please help me.

Lior

Problem resolved

I did a hard reset to the machine and now it's back to normal with the factory defaults.
Hard reset:
- press the reset button
- keep the joystick button upwards until for about half a minute until you hear a sound.
- now you'll have to reconfigure your settings.
note: all your data will be lost.
