my phone doesnt start ringing until it has rang atleast 7 or 8 times for the person who is calling me. so by the time i get the call they have already gave up or are in my voice mail. i have missed a couple important calls, the sprint people have reset my phone telling me something was wrong in the settings but it didnt work after. Sometimes i can see someone is calling me on the bottom of my phone saying PHONE STATUS and 1X but it doesnt tell me who is calling and will not let me answer it, this goes on for about 20 seconds and finally the persons info comes up and i am able to answer but its usually too late. any suggestions??? thank you!
